Home made CNC doing some thread milling. 7/8-32 thread 3/16 inch deep.

You can find the info on this machine here ( http://www.homecnc.info/ ). I purchased plans from this website and used the machine while it was still a manual machine to make the CNC conversion parts. I am very pleased with my set up. Also, Spend some time here ( www.cnczone.com ) and you'll find all the help you need.

  • What would you use that thread for? Camera or something like that?

  • @YoungJim409 This particular part is a piece of a file cabinet lock system. In another of my videos you can see the slotted block that will mount to the side of this tube.
