i have a really good question, why the hell are you installing a hid kit into reflector headlights? do you want to piss people off by blinding them?

Hi. i have a question... I have a Dodge Neon and I want to change my original headlight and put a dual bulb headlight whith Halo and projector in my Neon 1996. My question is... How I'm install the HID Bulb in this headlight and conect this two bulb in the original plug conector....????
