Megaman X3 - Zero's Theme (PC/PS/Sega Saturn)

I haven't seen a full-version for this version on Youtube, so I'm putting it up.The other one that's quite popular is the OST-release version, but that's different.

Hope you guys like this one as well. The X3 Zero theme is really one heck of a classic.

SNES version voters consider the PS1/SS/PC port bland and light, while wishing it had more heavy metal than techno + film score.

PS1/SS/PC port voters consider the SNES version having inferior quality.

IMO, the SNES version makes me barely taste the metal-flavored sound chip (not metal music), while slightly hearing either wackiness or any gas-powered tool. The PS1/SS/PC port's theme sounds like it would fit well in a theater for best results. Overall, they're different, but equally good.

@1983parrothead Totally agreed there. Both are bloody good.

Personally though, even though I uploaded this version, I do prefer the SNES one. Has a more badass feel to it.

Was this a CD release at some point? I've never seen an official arranged version of the SNES titles.

@Xenocidebot Hmm after checking around, it appears that this is the version that Capcom used for the PS and PC versions of MMX3. The original SNES one sounds different, and has already been uploaded by many people on Youtube. So far I haven't seen anybody put this version up.

I don't understand why people dislike this version so much. In my opinion, it surpasses the original. It's imbued with emotion. A musical description of Zero's mindset as he's trying to save his best friend, X. Thank you for uploading it.

Personally, the only thing I liked about the Playstation, Saturn, and PC versions of X3 was the anime intro. I was HORRIFIED with what Capcom did to the music and sfx. That should've been considered a crime.

I was also quite surprised they didn't put any effort into improving the gfx for the 32-bit systems - the gfx were a straight port from the original SNES version.

@xeenslayer It was used for the MMX Collection version as well, but that's to be assumed, since it's sort of just the PSX version.
