yeh dude it all comes with experience, practice and just playing drums. shit could be hard for you one day and then next day u may have improved or may not, it takes time.

i'm no expert but you just need to practice. There is no reall exercise. Same goes for all other instruments. Once you have a goal (flexible hands in your case) just try to keep them loose. Don't tighten up. Also, DO NOT use your entire arm for hitting (like travis bark for example) use your wrist AND your arm. When you move your wrist up, more your arm down to hit the cymbal again. Or just let the stick rebound inside your palm.
