physically hurting a person is just one way of damaging them - there's economic damage, psychological damage, emotional damage which ppl inflict on one another all the time. as a private citizen you can believe what you want as long as you dont physically hurt anyone OR don't incite people to do so. I think you need a lesson on what it means to have "a right to your own beliefs". As a justice of the peace, Keith Bardwell is a government employee, not a CEO, a factory owner or in the private sector at all.

Your examples are misleading because this is not based on AGE or religon, ITS based on RACE. Your examples should be not selling alcohol to BLACKS, or not letting blacks in your school or store, or only hiring non blacks to your warehouse.
