"you have never heard him play, until he's playing on the porch..." and i'm paraphrasing... as to her exact comment.. it was more or less the same... what Cale did on an album, and the stuff he just plays while relaxing at home.. I would love to and more so, rather hear him play on a porch...

Great musician, but to make it as the most popular musician, there is more to it than the sound...
I sense that he just likes to play his tunes his way without the whole circus around it. Glad he is: JJ Cale.

No one is posting Mr. Cale's best music but you! He has the worst luck, cause he should be one of the most popular musicians in the world. I've been a fan since I heard his show in Memphis, promoting 'Naturally'.
