@melanietube strength and muscle are achieved through exercise and not diet. Sure, on a raw vegan diet the recovery is faster, thus helping on train harder and more often (and become stronger).

I agree with you! That is a great course,
I use it and it works! I did get this program
from a friend to check it and the result was
stunning 'çause this program is the same as
one given by dietician, Anyway, you got the
name of the site misspelled. That should be:

This guy belongs to different type of people: no beer, no smoking, NO "F*" and "S*" words in his vocabulary. RESPECT.
It's said to see how many people in the USA use bad words in their vocabulary. It's like poisoning your soul when you hear them talking. It's like to be a second-hand smoker. Especially when you go out on Friday night in the local bar...
It was not like that 10-15 years ago. I do not know what happened...
Oh, well... Peace to all...

@TheCoolVegetarian Fruit veg are probably better for you to eat as it seems to make you look good and healthy

@TheCoolVegetarian I use to eat a lot of fruit and I noticed the difference it made to my appearance. Also other people noticed. I dont eat as much fruit as I use to but I should. I had also noticed though that during one summer I ate lost of barbecue food Such as chicken burgers and sausages in a bread bun. And although I hadn't noticed how I looked I did noticed how I felt. And I felt fit and strong. I think its all down to getting suffient nutrition. Although fruit veg are probabaly better.

I hate all the retarded weaklings who think that vegans are skinny...and then they watch vegan exercise videos and pretend like this guy could not totally crush their fucking heads with one bicep.

@bluemoon455 I believe many people react this way because they feel challenged. When you like eating a certain way (believing its the right way) and you meet someone who is eating differently than you; it's only natural to become defensive of your diet and judgmental of theirs (after all, you don't know any better). And since you are both of the same species that means that if his diet is healthier then you have been eating wrong this whole time...
