Month 26 - A Hair Transplant Patient's Morning Routine - Blog 40
Red light is on...I'm on, I'm blogging. Good morning everybody, guys and girls at home. It is 6:30am here at my house, and that explains why I'm in my PJs and you see my morning bed head here. You tuned in because you wanted to see the reality, right? And all the truth, right. So here I am, in my morning glory.
I'm doing this, this early in the morning because I want to show you my new morning routine. Since realizing I've got these hair loss issues, I've been taking better care of my hair, and my scalp.
All my life I've been taking good care of my teeth, my body, and it's time to start taking better care of my hair. So what I'm doing now is using Hair Club Medical Groups™ Extreme Hair Therapy program. Its only a five step program... guys, stick with me, I said only five steps. I know you hate long morning routines. And women, I know you've got a long routine already, I sympathize, but this is very very easy.
Of the five steps, only two of them are new, because the other three steps, I've been doing them already anyways. So let me explain it to you.
The first step is shampoo. A moisturizing cleansing shampoo. Apply as normal in the shower. I really like this shampoo, it's good, I've enjoyed that one.
Step two, one of the new ones is an enzyme scalp cleanser. Now if I had been cleaning my scalp more often in the past, maybe I wouldn't have had such severe hair loss issues. This is a scalp cleanser, and you spray that on to your scalp while in the shower, cleanse your skin, cleanse your scalp. Just like you would your face. And that is going to help the health of my scalp and help the hair grow back.
Number three is a -- energizing conditioner. Apply as usual, massage through the hair, leave it on for a while. I have to say, it really does make my hair feel silky and smooth, soft. In all seriousness, this is a great conditioner; I definitely noticed the different feel in my hair by using this.
One of the other steps after I get out of the shower, something I've now added, is Minoxidil. So you simply apply this, a couple of drops, to your thinning areas, and it has been proven to regrow hair back, so I'm looking forward to using that often, every day as well as part of my routine.
Now the last one, vitamins. This is not new for me so, this isn't adding to my day. I've always used vitamins. Mother always said, boys and girls, take your vitamin. I like this vitamin, I've stopped using my old vitamin and only use this one now, and it gives me great energy throughout the day so I like that vitamin.
So that's the routine, pretty quick and easy. There is only one last and I do that in the evening when I'm unwinding, and that's using the laser comb.
And I'm sure you've got a busy day too, so off you go, I've got to get in the shower.
When you get to work, send me a message on Facebook, twitter or youtube, and I promise to write you back and answer that question for you. Have a great day and I'll see you later.

Yes it does. I don't have a bald spot on top of my head anymore. I have hair again! My friends notice, my family notices and my wife loves it. How much hair have you lost?
