Wow! That's pretty cool! This summer I hope to start a project like that, and this is very inspiring. I found the lorry falling off the bridge and the "Heatherburn" livery on some carriages particularly amusing!

This is amazing. Great work and great video. Thanks for a fantastic presentation, I would use some of those techniques.

that railway eventually must have cost you a fortune and wouldn't that be hard to maintain because of how many tracks are going everywhere i never even knew 00 gauge could go outside

Like your railway and very scenic too. I to am building a OO gauge railway outdoors but in Australia. It's a bit hot at the moment 40+ degrees but scaledale and scenecraft buildings are ok in the heat.

grat video!! 5 stars
I tried to upload my garden railway to you tube but it didn't work. I only have an old analogue camera so I have to put it on video tape first then transfer it to DVD and try to upload it again Did you send some pics to a model railway magazine?

Hi I have used an old analogue camera for the first test train video. To get it onto the computer I used a USB video converter. No pics to the mags as yet although plenty on all the forums !

Thanks to all who have commented so far. Work on the railway at the moment is concentrating on finishing off indoors with the intention of sending off some pics to the modeling mags.
