The dichotomy is amazing here. His personality was still well as seen by how well he treated the little girl, but his body was so ravaged he could barely talk or control his movements. This is so painful to watch.

A comment from an Elvis fan and collector for 40 years now: As to Elvis' weight, you could say that Elvis lived at the wrong time. There was no "epidemic of obesity" in 1977. Today you can go out your door and within five minutes find someone TWICE the size of Elvis here. None of this really matters to me because Elvis was the King and always will be.

michael jackson is not to ever be mentioned in the same light as elvis presley. elvis was the greatest entertainer of all time. that is fact, and is not even close to being debatable. jackson sounded like a female, and though he was a great showman, vocally he was very ordinary. elvis had it all, unbelievable talent, charisma, looks, acting ability, he was a great humanatarian, and was and is loved by millions , and is widely regarded by music legends, as the greatest of all time. rip, eap

Michael Jackson STOLE alot of his moves from street dancers and the moonwalk was first done by an entertainer by the name of Bill Bailey...look it up and see for yourself. Type in "Bill Bailey moonwalk".

@DiabloDriver1171 Your saying Elvis was the greatest because your a biased fan. I judge a performer by there lasting influence in the industry. To this day you have singers trying to copy Jacksons flawless combo of singing at a high level and dancing at a pace second to none. Elvis could sing but on stage move his hips a little bit. While MJ would perform some of the most complex amazing dance movies in history. Kids white, black, asian, Indian etc all over the world still try and copy MJ.

@TheOnlyOneKingElvis Jackson was an OK singer??? lol Some of the top singers in the world praise Micheal for his perfect pitch. He never brook a note. He had greater range then Elvis. Micheal could sing high, low, mid range while doing some of the hardest yet greatest dance movies thats still being copied today. I have seen jail house rock and it dosent compare to what Jackson did in Billie Jean, Beat it, and Smooth Criminal. Your just a blinded Elivis fan.
