  • I use a three sixteenths inch thin walled stainless steel tube, twelve inches long. I purchased them from a bead supply store; they were called tube mandrels.

  • Yes, the glass used is 104 coe Moretti, although I have also successfully used System 96 Spectrum and glass cut into strips from wine and beer bottles to make single colour ornaments.
