Working my abs quite a bit lately

Recorded on 5/13/08 using a Flip Video camcorder.I'm trying to get those abs smokin with the ab shaper so i can get back those razor sharp cuts i possessed a few years ago.

@Sjoblom93 Really? I'm impressed, I just started working on mine. I have the ab shaper and I forund it hard until I put a small pillow underneath it . I also wasn't able to do the legs at the same time so I did them separately. I did a good job though. I plan to do it alot. I've lost 25 pounds so far and I plan to lose 50 more. Can anyone give the a good amount of rep adive since I am just starting?
