@jwwoowoo because there are different versions of the album. First the concept album with Ian Gillan(Deep Purple's singer) as Jesus, then you got a Broadway Musical(not sure an album has been released) and then you got the Original Soundtrack of the movie(only actors for Mary Madelene and Pilate remain in the three pieces) and the song "Could We Start Again, Please?" has been made for the last one only... there are some other minor differences as well(some lyrics and another song more)

I hope all you bible thumpers realise there is no religious meaning in the whole movie other than the one you construct. It is a story of man, the people around him and the insanity of mob mentality.
