Join Sue as she demonstrates how to sew a lap zipper.

A lap zipper is when a zipper is installed with a flap of fabric covering the zipper. It is used often in everything from throw pillow covers to bags to garments. The zipper type used is a standard or "all-purpose zipper" available at any sewing supply store.

    I really appreciate your videos. They're easy to understand and give just the right info for the project without bogging you down with too many words! One thing I'd like to see changed...Each video needs to be at the same volume as the previous one. Thanks so much!

    ok i see i'v been using the wrong foot for 30 years !  I have the zipper foot but did not know what it was. This should be alot easier !
