  • 1400watts / 14.4v = You're pulling 97amps on an 80 amp esc, I just fried my 80amp castle pulling similar numbers after about 2 seasons....

  • I just got this same SAPAC L39 and I must say the quality is supreme. I also got the RZ180 retracts with it and they were a bit high priced, but after getting them they are also machined so well I think they will last me a long time. I am installing a Hoffman Magnetics Wild Beast in it that I already had. These are now my favorites. Sapac also makes a BAe Hawk that is super cool as well. Check my vids from Georgia Jet Rally in HD and feature more EDF (as well as turbine)

  • Was posted in RCGroups between 150-160MPH. Dont blink...:-)

  • HOLY CRAP! What kind of speeds were you pushing on those passes? The ONLY thing I don't like about electric ducted fan planes is that there flight time is like 4 or 5 minutes. Other than that, they're AWESOME! Great video.
