The weathering on some of your cars is really realistic and the sd40-2 & the gp 30 are sweet looking .

excuse my ignorance but is this a HO or G scale train? whatever it is, it looks and sounds great! I notice Aristocraft are doing a CL66 in G scale, Hattons are selling for £364... Its a case of "where do you run one when living in a flat"! Local model RW club runs OO & O scale

@Barryat11 Hi, this is H0 scale. Thankyou very much for the comment!
Good luck with the 66 if you get it!

Witch speaker are you using ?? and what Tisunami codec code number ??
matrod05 1 year ago
@matrod05 The decoder is the TSU GN 1000 with the EMD 645 sound file. The speaker is from DCC supplies.com, part number- 995200006.
Ive used a fair few of these speakers, there a great fit in long hoods and sound as good if not even better than the factory fitted ones ive had in ready to run DCC sound loco's. Ive also mangaed to fir one inside an Atlas Alco C420.

Was that a Athearn Ready to roll (RTR) SD40-2
MrLuebeck 1 year ago
@MrLuebeck No, its all Kato apart from the cab (cannon & co). Rad fans, rad grills, dynamic grills, dynamic fans and many many other seperately applied parts from C&co and details west etc. The running chassis was SD38-2, (Kato) the origonal shell was SD40-2, again Kato.
Thanks for the interest.
