There is actually a lot wrong with this video. You need a slight arch in your back. Flat back is going to cause a shoulder injury. Also watch her grip. When she picks the bar up her hands scoot outward. If she actually had a load on the bar, she would have smashed the shit out of her hands when she went to rack the bar. Watch her scoot her hands back in when she racks. You can't do that with an actual work load on the bar.

I have a bench similar to this. Wish I would have got a different bench. They are too high off the ground and not wide enough for big guys.
