Going over the crest of that small rise in the track, lifted off the throttle and didn't countersteer fast enough. Had he kept the throttle in just a little bit, it probably wouldn't have spun as bad. An S2000 at the limit will bite you hard if you're not firm and deliberate with her.
@mahen333 - in street driving you shouldn't ever run into this. Racing is a very different ballgame, as you have the car AT its limits for extended periods of time. Plus, at these kinds of speeds, small things you can handle like crests and off-camber in the street become actual challenges on a track.
I think the S2000 is very forgiving thanks to its mid front engine mounting and near 50/50 weight distribution. If anything, the car pushes too much thanks to its narrow front tires.
wow thats kinda scary,i'm thinkin about gettin an s2000 but i've seen a couple clips of them just suddenly without warning spinning out, leaves u no room to correct it..now i'm havin second thoughts..
it seems the s2000 doesnt like it if one wheel lifts lol as soon as that happens your gone

sucks...that happened to me at Big Willow's turn 1 at about 95mph. it's a scary ride, it's amazing how fast the car comes around, huh?
