Yeah just a quick bit of info. I designed and created this hat back in 08 for a laugh, hardly anyone was making them then. Deadmau5 saw it, invited me in the DJ booth, then wore it whilst mixing and then signed it. So all you newbie fanboys, good luck in your design.

I guess the more popular deadmau5 becomes, the more u get stupid newbie idiots giving their opinions. At the time he thought it was awesome but I know for sure there are much better efforts out there now. If anyone wants to know about the flashing eyes, try searching on maplin.co.uk for the "strobe" led kit.

I lol @ all the negative comments, I've already said it was made and documented before anyone else had attempted theirs. Ive also given advice in prev comments to help others. I'm not that bothered what other people say, find it quite hilarious actually.

I'm considering making another head. I think people seem to forget that this head was made just before deadmau5 became mainstream and everyone started doing it. There were no guides or anything like there are now!
As I've repeatedly said, the weight of the upperhead is causing the collapse of the mouth; when it was worn, it looked epic.
Needless to say that night at Shindig was madness and Deadmau5 seemed pretty impressed with my efforts (there will no doubt be 100's that are better nowadays)
