GO TO RANGER STATION ALPHA
HAVE A SILENCED SNIPER WITH YOU
GET A PSYCHO(IF YOU WANT)
THEN GO UP THE MOUNTAIN AND STAY HIDDEN
SHOOT THE VETERAN SOLDIER IF HE DOESENT DIE PUT DOWN YOUR WEAPON THEN SHOOT HIM AGAIN
THEN THE ARMOR IS YOURS AND NO NCR FAME LOSS OR ANYTHING ELSE :)
