I love this movie! :)

Just so everyone knows.. the cigerettes that Tatum was skoming in this movie where "prop" cigerettes. They where made of lettece not tobacco... They where made by a company in Texas. There was no addictive properties all to them and she was able to quit the day shooting stopped.

I think it's tobacco and that this took place before it became illegal for kids to smoke.

In the audio commentary by the director of Paper Moon its stated that the cigarettes used in this movie by Tatum where in fact props..

the movie was made 1973

What is amazing about this movie is how they captured the era so well. The buildings, the locations. Everything. Must have been a great location scout out there.

The O'Neal family has a long way to go to healing. And since Ryan blames the kids, even though he admitted he never should have had any, I don't see them ever coming together. I wish Tatum would stop reaching out to Ryan, he will only hurt her again.
