@haloheroz If you're refering to one time cost + shitload of expansions I don't think they'll make enough profit. While the 40k series are one of the greatest of all time they simply aren't the richest. (Refering to THQ's stock fall from 2,2$ to 0,58$ within a year. the year we got Space Marine, Retribution AND Saints Row 3) - Thus they might be forced for a more agressive marketing scheme. i would prefer this game to be P2P like Eve Online, where you get updates free!!!!!

unlike wow, where you buy the game, pay a monthly subscription, and then buy the game all over again every time they release an expansion.

of course F2P is always great, but if that means shitty service/updates/game, then what's the point. don't make shitty F2P games that no one wants to play.
