@nikigurl08 Just so everyone knows, Great Danes were bred from Irish Wolfhounds to make their breed. Interbreeding them won't really do anything for health, and they are fairly the same size when grown. It sure won't make a new breed and isn't even a designer dog. Not ragging on it, just informing the public

Curious, are Great Dane/ wolfhound mixes healthier than say great danes and wolfhounds? I was curious if by mixing the two if you eliminate a lot of the health problems?

Well right now at 7 months he's just under 33", i'm guessing he will probably end up between 35-38" at the shoulders.

I have the same mix, mom is a black great dane and dad is an irish wolfhound. He looks kind of like a fawn great dane in colouring, is 5 months old, 29" at the shoulders and weighs in at 83lbs and counting! He's a cutie
