No it does not come with a manual gearbox.
Cd player is not optional. You're right that there is different kinds of interior, but it's up to the first buyer to decide what he wants from the factory.
They don't have a cd-player as standard, but you can get one in without problems. Ferrari dealer can do it.

hey i have a question bout the 360,
does only the CS get the carbon fiber back, or every 360 Modena with an F1 gearbox has one?
btw does the CS come in a manual?
and one last one, how is the comfort of a 360CS compared to a standard Modena? I heard the CS comes with two different interiror options: an extreme and a more relaxed one. Do they all have a CD played in them?
