YHS TMR "Tell-Tale Heart" 2008

This video shows the Thunderbird Marching Regiment's second-to-last performance of its 2008 field show, "Tell-Tale Heart" composed by Key Poulan. The footage was taken at Yucaipa High's Homecoming football game.
Their performance at the Marching Band Open Series Championships at Tesoro High School the following day earned them the fourth place spot out of nine competitors in their division, following a first place trophy in Music the previous Saturday at Chaffey High School in their last SCSBOA competition.



Now, on a more personal note, this was my second-to-last performance with the Regiment. After all those months of hard work, and the blood, sweat, and tears that we shed to make it possible, this is the final result. It has been an honor to march at each and every one of my fellow T-birds' side and share my passion of music with them, as well as to march under Mr. Stockman's direction. With all the bumps on the long road that was our season, he got us through the best and worst of them. I will miss all of you more than you know. Thanks for a spectacular season.

Hmm...Our RED heart flags in the 3rd movement look gray at parts and redish at others. odd.

The video camera that this video was taken with is pretty nice quality, and it's on the older side, so clips produced are of massive file size and must be compressed, dramatically reducing its quality.
