Your iPad doesn't have dozens of buttons, so why should your car? The 2013 Cadillac XTS comes standard with the CUE system that adds all the functionality of a tablet computer right in your vehicle.

Okay, so it is somehow easier to scroll and manuever through a touchscreen instead simply pressing a button while driving a car at 65 mph on a highway. That makes sense. Simplicity is the point, but it is not simple at all! So what is the point? I can press a button in my car just by feeling it, why should I have to look at it. And this goes for all tablets. My ipad (which I don't have, funny how they assume things) is a centimeter thick. So my car should be?

Count the number of brake lights on your car. Now count the number of brake lights on your tablet.

This commercial is as stupid as commercials get

Are the Cadillac product managers freaking INSANE? Where is their thinking on safety? A driver now needs to look at the screen to tap and gesture to operate common built-in devices?

I have a CD player and that has 8 buttons. AC has no buttons because it uses 1 dial and 2 levers. Hazard lights and defroster so that's 2 buttons. What do all of these buttons have in common? I don't have to look at them to use it!

"Your iPad doesn't have dozens of buttons, so why should your car?" Euhhh, because I want to FEEL my way through the buttons in my car instead of having to LOOK at them and CRASH into a tree? Cadillac: What in the world have you been smoking?
