Cesar Romero was the only Joker who reminded you of
an uncle who was loads of fun but not quite "all there" upstairs.
Romero's cackling laugh is second only to Paul Lynde as
the most recognizable character laughs in Hollywood. (Paul
Lynde's was "The Hooded Claw" from the "Penelope Pitstop"
cartoon).
Notice Batman was filmed with many scenes tilted to the
left or right, matching the comic strip.
