  • One example of this formula being used:

    Manager realizes their employee worked 45 hours. The manager does not want to get penalized for giving their employee overtime. The manager ensures the employee receives 35 hours the next week.

    If they are paid bi-weekly, the manager uses this formula to make the overtime disappear.

  • @rezotorch If the company's payroll company is Paychex, they simply call with their "total" and Paychex cuts a fraudulent check.
