@ Smitroe2008: Actually the terms plan and program are used interchangeably, usually according to region. The IEP can be "a plan" of how the team will work to achieve the educational goals or, if you prefer, it can be "a program of services". No need to split hairs.

This is nice but there is one little mistake. "IEP" stands for "Individualized Education PROGRAM" not plan. The IEP focuses on developing a program of services, not just make plans. Other than that, good video.
