"Paroled killer." Yep, this is Fox News.

@loskamykos That's your argument? Being shot in the head isn't dignified enough? What a joke...Do you think a person with ALS cares if their death is "dignified"? You're just grasping at anything you can now because nothing you've said has any validity whatsoever. If Kevorkian actually wanted to help people, he'd be working to find treatments for these diseases. Why can't you refute the point that "People seeking his death device had nowhere to turn to help them when he was thrown in prison"?
-
@KayBeeEee1983 "I don't know this for a fact, but getting shot in the head seems pretty painless." Yeah U check that and tell me for sure ok? Oh and is it a dignifying death? is it ok for your family to watch your brain splatted on the wall? yep thats a great way to go.... moron. "people see Kevorkian as a savior." - all family's of the people he assisted in suicide see him that way, so why shouldn't I ?
-
@loskamykos I don't know this for a fact, but getting shot in the head seems pretty painless.
"Your obviously a Nazi for denying people their right to decide for themselves."
I support the right to die, asshole. It just bothers me that people see Kevorkian as a savior. He's an evil man. No one should be giving him any attention.
He shouldn't have sent the videotape of the suicide to the media. People seeking his death device had nowhere to turn to help them when he was thrown in prison

@KayBeeEee1983 "Kevorkian is obviously a psychopath" - and Your obviously a Nazi for denying people their right to decide for themselves.
-
@KayBeeEee1983 "You obviously don't understand the concept of sacrificing..." - Ill bet You wouldn't say that if You would be the one being sacrificed or someone from your family. Or would it be ok with you to sit and watch someone dear to you begging for death?
"They don't need Kevorkian's help committing suicide." - They need his medical knowledge to make this painless. You know every man deserves a death with dignity.
-
@loskamykos "your aether cold hearted or hard headed."
Again, that statement helps prove that he's a psychopath. A normal person has a hard time killing someone who doesn't DESERVE to die, even if that person WANTS to die. A lot of people have no problem shooting their pet in the head when it gets rabies. That's just as cold-hearted, in my opinion.
I can be hard headed when it's regarding something I see as obvious. Kevorkian is obviously a psychopath.
-
@loskamykos You obviously don't understand the concept of sacrificing in the present so that you can gain more in the future.
They don't need Kevorkian's help committing suicide.
"there is a lot of organizations that tries to legalize euthanasia, one more man wouldn't made a difference."
Thank you for strengthening my argument that Kevorkian is doing virtually nothing to help the "legalize euthanasia" movement and is only euthanizing people because he wants to kill them and get on TV.
-
@KayBeeEee1983 "Yeah, maybe. If she supports his decision." Well your aether cold hearted or hard headed.
"When did I say suicide (per se) was immoral?" Well You're against the man who does just that, so what am i supose to think? Or maybe You dont like him because he got caught ?
"Why did you capitalize those 'Y's?" Im not sure how it is in English grammar, but in my country's grammar you capitalize the firs letter when you want to pertain to a person, Its a meaning of respect.
So, I am sitting in the hospice center w/ my mother. My brother is there and mom is suffering. She holds my hand, I am her eldest son & she asks me 4 help getting out of this life. She tells my brother and me that if she knew it would come 2 this she would have killed herself weeks ago. I NOT EVER ONCE disagreed w/Dr. JACK KAVORKIAN. Now I sit and watch my mother wait 2 die as cancer eats her alive. Jack, in the future you will be hailed as a hero. No 1 should have 2 wait 2 die like this.

Frankly speaking, if someone is suffering and they're never going to get better and their pain is such if that they move a muscle it's wave after wave of agony, then I don't think it is wrong to euthanize them if they ask for it.
It seems infinately more cruel to prolong their lives rather than let them depart it.
