  • That Mandella is doing around 65. Not bad!

    The Cavitation plate on the rear bottom of the hull trims (levels) the hull at speed.

    Not only could this 3000 pound boat flip at this speed, is would, with an inexperienced driver, be very easy to flip at 80.

    Though this guy is more at risk of over revving the engine when he jumps and needing new pushrods.

    Keeping the trim down keeps the prop in the water - faster, more controlled and more comfortable.
