Mimed performances, but great show !
Montreux is the home of Mountain Studios, the recording studio used by several artists. In 1978, Queen bought the studio, which now is still owned by Queen producer David Richards. Montreux was also the subject of the 1995 Queen single 'A Winter's Tale' of the album 'Made in Heaven', with the adjacent music video showing images of the city.
Freddie's memorial statue looking across the gorgeous Lake Geneva will revive our legendary hero of rock music for evermore... R.I.P. Freddie, we miss you !

loiusejbjb.....I'm holding my own support group for people heavily addicted to Freddie, like you and me! Fortunately, there's no cure for what ails us and millions like us, and luckily there's no recovering from him!
So, the best you can do is grin and bear it, take two Freddies, and call me in the morning!

victipicti.....I can imagine how it annoyed Freddie & Queen to sing it by playback.....THE GREATEST LIVE BAND.....EVER!!!! Do you know why it was done like that? And what was behind that?

Yes, they mimed, due to the circumstances, but look at Freddies larynx : he was really singing.
But it wasn't really to hear (except the improvisation with the audience) but he performed as usally, with a lot of energy and sweat.
And so this video is also worth to be remembered...
