a single bad cop is a plausible theory, 2 bad cops, much less likely. that was a german vehicle, drivers side is on the right. furthermore, in the unlikely event that this man is innocent and was hassled by 2 bad cops, then the smart thing to do is to submit and be placed in the station. the chances of the entire station being that corrupt are next to none, Germany is a civilized society, they aren't bought out by guerrillas or local crime syndicates like you see in movies

For the record... this video was shot in Germany and shows a real cop chasing a stolen pick-up... then being chased by real Detectives... and there's no Lee Majors in this clip! The cop kicks the guy out and the victim apparently lost his lower leg after it was crushed by the wheels of the BMW. It was all real... nothing staged or faked.
