the whole thing is his fault.you play the lottery to win.so its your responsibility to check your numbers.doesnt he get the newspaper?doesnt he have the internet?you can also ask the clerk for a printout.theres no excuse.he shoulda been on top of his stuff.i dont feel sorry for him
