@ thi3f34 the song is called fairy dang-sing, iirc. It's not from this game, but from super robot wars og. There is a similar piece of music in this game though.

for the 2nd ultimite not the lvl SS but the multiple finish how do you use that? is it the same as pushing Y for a normal ultimate or or is there a special combo button or what? im at lvl 34 right now but i dont know how to activate the multiple ulti.... it would help if i knew. XD cant read jap XD

Use X instead of Y.
You will get Multi OD after certain event (For some characters) or just plain LV.UP

As story progress or reaching to the certain level.

Some characters like Axel gain the 2nd OD after reaching certain level I think.
While some character like Aledy, Negie or Reiji need story progress (since they need certain support characters.)
Haken also require both Phantom and reaching to the certain level to active his 2nd OD
