Me and my buddies did the overnight car line (we live in boston) and we were 1st in line. Got a 7:20 tee time and loved the course. We are going back in October, can't wait.

I live three minutes from bethpage and unless youre like my dad who likes to start his round at 630 am it is very possible to get a tee time as a walk up. You just wont start until about 1130 or 1200. In my opinion the best time to experience the bethpage black is during mid summer during twilight hours (4pm or later). After 4pm the greens fees lower from $75 to $45 for NY residents and from $125 to $90 for out of state residents (WEEKDAYS). BTW that first tee is fucking intimidating. Good luck!
