Qigong Master Jo (Zhou), boils water with hands under an infrared camera.

Qi Gong master Zhou Ting-Jue was born in 1934 in China. At the age of seven, he began learning martial arts and traditional Chinese medical theory under the guidance of his uncle, a Taoist priest. He often secluded himself at Wu Dang Mountain, in the temple of his uncles sect, for advanced studies. There, he cultivated the discipline of Qi Gong and developed a growing understanding of the true meaning and potentials of Qi and its relationship to life and the universe. His mentors included many famous Chinese Qi Gong masters, who passed on to him their personal knowledge about the mysterious power of Qi Gong.

After studying the knowledge that was presented by each of his master-teachers, Master Zhou created his own school of Qi Gong. His unique skills and techniques have contributed to and broadened the scope of traditional Qi Gong. These abilities form the basis of the care he provides and the amazing effect it has in promoting health and curing disease.

Before coming to the United States, Master Zhou traveled throughout mainland China teaching Qi Gong, treating patients, and demonstrating his unusual skills in the martial arts. His reputation finally spread to all parts of the country. Highly respected and honored in China, Master Zhou has been called a Treasure of the Nation.

  • He has a cape 4:48 he is an unstoppable mixture between monk and superhero. This man is amazing

  • Meh..There are many chemicals that react and produce heat when combined with water (is it actually water?), seeing that aluminum is in the picture strenghtens that possibility. On the infrared camera notice that the wrapped up towel was the one emanating heat, the source wasn't his hand. The ''walking on canvas demonstration'' seems like a hoax too, due to too many variables, and if he can lighten his weight why not just confirm it using a scale?

You must live a very happy and fulfilled life knowing that science ultimately explains everything awe-inspiring in this world. Scientifically speaking, you will die someday, making anything and everything you do in your life utterly meaningless. Yay, science!

  • Western physics? I hope they don't have different physics in the East...

  • Mr. Miyagi, anyone?

  • Western scientific endeavor cannot quantify or describe martial arts with formulas, as the practice of martial arts itself goes against scientific theory in general. I've witnessed a Wudang Taoist master put his finger through a plate of 1/8 inch steal Should a human bone be that dense and hard? No, not according to scientific theory All the shows and people that try to explain martial arts in terms of physics and chemistry only weaken their own pursuit to mastership There is no #1 martial art
