  • From my own experience, this is the most effective exercise for back pain. It does miracles. By back pain I mean the kind of pain that comes from inactivity and sitting long hours (like in an office). Thanks a lot for this tutorial.

  • what about holding it for time? would one first do this movement and then extend up into the bridge position and hold? i've always understood the bridge to be a static hold/asana of sorts...?

  • My Knees pop alot after going back down from the bridge, but i hold it instead of doing repitition. Is this normal? or am I doing something wrong.
