My Knees pop alot after going back down from the bridge, but i hold it instead of doing repitition. Is this normal? or am I doing something wrong.

From my own experience, this is the most effective exercise for back pain. It does miracles. By back pain I mean the kind of pain that comes from inactivity and sitting long hours (like in an office). Thanks a lot for this tutorial.

what about holding it for time? would one first do this movement and then extend up into the bridge position and hold? i've always understood the bridge to be a static hold/asana of sorts...?
