@jonesy97 Actually, I am an expert. I worked with Panasonic on developing the specs for miniDV. Mount the same camera and attach it to a race car or a dirt bike with out a shock absorbing mount, you'll get the same thing if vibration from the engine causes disruption of the tape passing over the record heads. I'm glad your USAF experience has made you and expert on 6.35mm Metal Particle digital tape and the record heads that write to that tape.
