Here is a video instruction manual for the VP of Production of Eagle Eye Videos. The VP is the person who is the main editor of all full game and highlight DVD's.There are four types of film; sideline footage which gets right next to all the action and is accompanied usually by someone filming the crowd or getting interviews, the Trade Footage which is used for highlights and is given to the upcoming week's opponent, the Wide footage which is used for coaches to instruct player's with, and the Endzone footage (never give this away to anyone). For this video I used Sony Vegas as my editting program, but you can use any program which you are familiar with. After you are finished editting, as shown in the video, if there are good sideline clips recieved from Mr. Gideon, then you can replace those with the trade footage highlight clip. Furthermore, if there is any good crowd, or interview film then that will be placed at the end of the video right after the last football clip. *Do not use any music* Each week you must burn 5 copies for Jim Adams, 1 copy for Mr. Gideon to use at nutrition and lunch on the 306 TV, and have another member of your production crew make you case labels, DVD stickers, and put each week's game in a powerpoint to be given to Ms. Labelle in order to be shown in the front office.
