The Bald Cypress swamp ("Cypress Lake") on the campus of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette on July 4th, 2008, highlighting nesting green herons; alligators; bald cypresses (Taxodium distichum) with pneumatophores and Spanish moss (Tillandsia usneoides); red-eared sliders (turtles) with the epizoic green alga Basicladia crassa (Cladophoraceae, Cladophorales); sunfish; a mockingbird; common lichens, mosses, ferns, and other plants and animals of southwestern Louisiana.   • Very nice, I really like walking there on my way to the cafeteria haha. Lovely music.

  • The piano music is nice but it reminds me of "Mister Rodgers' Neighborhood"!
