(Btw, if anyone knows of either a free or VERY reasonably priced screen recording program that's better and easier to use than CamStudio, Please tell me about it, I hate this program, it's given me a ton of trouble for the crappy, warped video files it puts out, but it was all I had on hand)
yep FINALLY got a Wacom tablet! XD not the medium Intuos I wanted (still DO want one) but this is a good start for a complete newb like me, and hey, if it's good enough for a professional artist like the former Academic advisor at my old Art School, it's certainly more than enough for me to learn and grow on.
Yeah, the quality of the artwork is not that good, but like said, I'm only starting out and am not used to the tablet concept yet, so until I adjust to it, me digital work most likely will not be at the same level as my traditional stuff. but this was really fun and spur-of-the-moment ^^ hope you enjoy watching anyways, this is basically more like a vlog, not, like, a video tutorial or anything, just me sort of sharing my joy and excitement as I make my first tentative steps into a brand new medium.
If the girl looks naked...well...in the sense of not wearing any clothes, then yes, you're right, so I suppose this is technically a "nude"...however, I like to call it "implied nudity" since no "details" are visible (i.e. on the breasts, all we see is the general shape, not certain anatomical details) I want to stress that there is NOTHING wrong with nudity when it is presented in a none-vulgar manner, I drew this bare female form becuase I just felt like playing with anatomy and expressing the "free" feeling of having the tablet oepn a new door for my art, there are not supposed to be ANY sexual implications or themes related to the fact that she is not wearing anything. this is the difference between "artistic"
nudity, and Vulgar nudity, as seen in pornography, a portrayal of the human body that I strongly disapprove of.
Disclaimer (even though it never matters if I post this or not): I do NOT own the song used in this video, it's the property of it's respective owner(s)/creators/copyright holders.
wait what?!
first test run?!

@Natash4Life yeah, first time trying to actually draw something with a digital tablet (played around with one a few years back, but that was just abstract scribbling basically not really drawing or anything)
...still want an Intuos someday >.> lol

-was looking up a comparison for all the different types of wacom bamboo products they had to see which was better, stumbled across your vid, which looked amazing btw. great work and song is nice, whats the name of it?

@Xquisitesoul the song? "Fearless" from the group "Falling Up" this is the the official remix so this version's official name is "Fearless 250 and Dark Stars" or something like that, and features some guest artists in it. this info is listed at the end of the video.
btw, I personally like the Pen and touch because it works both as a drawing tablet and a larger, more comfortable to use touch pad, at least I think so, comes bundled with some light software, including Photoshop Elements 7.0
