@moron32 it depends on the numer of the cells , in your case probably is 3 cell , one cell has minimum voltage of 2.50 volts and 4.25 volts , if you go outside this range they will detonate / throw flames

i accidentally charged my Dynam 1800mAh 11.1v 15c lipo all night last night...about 12 hours or more.....it doesnt seem puffed....and it didnt explode. Did i get lucky?

@devlin0497 The chargers you use have a chip inside of them that cuts off the current once your battery is done charging.

yes, they are totally safe as long as you don't puncture one or try charging it improperly, like corkguykev said.
