I know it's a matter of personal taste, but that kind of eggs with sugar, maple syrup, and fruits is just not the way to go. If you cook eggs that particular way like a thick-ish pancake, it's just much better with rice.
Instead of sugar, add some diced yellow onions. You could also add some chopped green onions and salt (or soy sauce/fish sauce). Optionally, you could add some meat as well. Batter all of that up together. Cook it the same way, eat it along with some rice.
