It is true!!! Regarding red rasberry tea. I drank it throughout the end of my pregnancy and during labor. My water broke at 10 30am and I had my baby at 2 that afternoon. I pushed for 6 minutes and he came out so fast his face was bruised.

I was going to make a video on why I was choosing a home birth too. I'm glad to hear how prepared you are, it's almost like training isn't it.

I was told by another friend who did a home birth that this really work for her too. Ill make a video about these natural things to help you your labor and aslo breast feeding! Make sure to look for them <3
