EVerything about Paris irritates me. First, he starts the war by being totally selfish and egotistical and only thinking about his needs (he MUST have Helen or he'll just DIE....please, spare us). Then, he gives Agamemnon an excuse to attack by turning coward during his fight with Menelaus. THEN, he kills Achilles (in the real story he can't even do it by himself, he needs the help of the Gods, what a lamo). I don't even like Achilles in the Illiad, but in this movie he's AMAZING and Paris sucks

The death of Achilles, as predicted by Hector with his dying breath, was brought about by Paris with an arrow (to the heel). In some versions, the god Apollo guided Paris' arrow. Some retellings also state that Achilles was scaling the gates of Troy and was hit with a poisoned arrow.

All of these versions deny Paris any sort of valor, owing to the common conception that Paris was a coward and not the man his brother Hector was, and Achilles remained undefeated on the battlefield.
