This Diet is based on the book Pounds and inches by Dr. Simeone and The Weight Loss Cure, by Kevin Trudeau.

I also have Systemic Lupus and these videos are to track how I do on this Diet.

Some time eye twitching is a sign of lack of potassium. Try that. My friend has Lupus but she is scared to do the diet because of it so I will be tracking you so show her it is ok to do.

@onepulp Let me know if she does start the diet and how she is doing. I did talk to my doctor before starting the protocol. Let her know that I've done fine so far. My body did hurt the first week but I feel a lot better now.

Your losses are great! What kind of bird is Harley?? I have an African Grey who talks all the time just like yours and I also have an Umbrella Cockatoo. Harley sounds like a Myna bird. You sound like me, I describe myself as a turkey body, skinny leggs and arms but big middle LOL I've had to do only one apple day so far and only lost like 1.2 lbs :)
