How do you unlock it? I have some files that according to the "readme" document i have to burn in a CD and then it will unlock the mfd2, but i'd like to be sure before doing anything. Thanks!

Very good!!!!. I am Carlos from Spain and i am about to get a Golf R23 with MDF2 nav. I'm very interested in how to unlock the navi.
Another question, Is it possible to enter POIS in the MDF2 so that the navi can read them?.

Hi Carlos,
my MFD2 is the DVD-Version.
No, you can't insert your own POI's, the DATA-Material can't edit.
