I love Evidence and i also love metallica. I don't see what the big deal is here. For Whom The Bell Tolls is a novel published in the 1940's. Nobody copied nobody here, unless metallica and evidence copied the name from the novel and in that case it would make sense. The only thing that matters here is that both are great songs with a real meaning! I love metal, but metal fans are some of the most ignorant people i know and that is sad.
