This trailer is obviously aimed at the US market. The good guys don't always win. In real life - children get orphaned. Get sick. Sometimes die. The boy died in "Pay It Forward" too remember?
But I agree - trailers are about getting you into the theatre. About getting your money. Whenever I hear that voice-over dude, I always fear the worst.

Greatest adventure imaginable??? I agree! What a sicking trailer for an extremely beautiful and human, but sad movie.

Seriously though, that kind of tragedy is something no human should ever have to experience. I wonder how many abandoned children are living that kind of lives out there right now...

I wouldn't call your mother abandoning you and your siblings dying an "adventure".

"Adventure" isn't what I would call this tragedy... The two dead children, and the remaining three suffered way too much... And even from a kid's perspective, living without a mother isn't an "adventure".
